In this middle of this global pandemic, in the middle of this murder trial, in the middle of recovering from the reign of the Sith, this happens! This young man was 20! I have a daughter that is only 6 years younger than this! And to find out he was stopped for expired tags, and a warrant that came to the wrong house–after he made plans to pay the same ticket! At this point? The cop that killed him, the 26-year veteran who didn’t know her left from her right,, her colors, or a taser from her glock, wants the world to believe killing Daunte was an accident.

Tananarive Due said in the documentary HORROR NOIRE, “Black history is Black horror.” As big a fan of as I am of the horror genre, I cannot bring myself to watch this show–and am not knocking anyone that will. I am saying–that I cannot! I even got into it with a dude on TikTok (follow me: @whatjayesaid), who was recording in front of a shower curtain as to why! And he mansplained by reasoning.

The show deals with a family that moves to Compton and is dealing with racism, torment, and generational trauma and I cannot subject myself to that in the of art or entertainment. While I am happy that Lil Marvin is getting Executive Producer credit–can we as Black folk write about something else other than trauma?

I follow @revolutionarydoc on TikTok. The video he posted on 4/11/2021 spoke about the vaccination rates. The ‘global south’ of the world will get the vaccine in 2022. It’s only April of 2021, and we have been in this pandemic about a year! Think about this! And to know that the US and the UK are slick monopolizing the vaccine! People are still dying, people are refusing the vaccine, and I am flabbergasted at the rate of crazy on the planet right now!

THE WAY WE GET OUT OF THIS IS TO HAVE 60% OF THE WORLD VACCINATED!

But the rest of the world needs to be vaccinated–and that is not happening…for another year. At this point Rod Serling has stopped writing this part of the book and Ray Bradbury and Stephen King are! Watch out for Randall Flagg.
